Shoes with visible wear cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are determined to be defective. We accept returns within 7 days, and exchanges within 30 days, as long as you provide your original receipt.

Every customer that comes into our store will receive a complimentary shoe fitting. Our professional staff will measure your feet and size your new shoe, in order to ensure that you walk away with the best fit.

While we do not do in house repairs, we do have 2 Local Shoe Repair Shops we highly recommend. Both are Authorized Birkenstock Repair Shops located in Vancouver, WA
